After booking, you will receive payment details.

The prepayment is the cost of accommodation for one day. Expected payment for accommodation is one day.

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than two days in advance, the guest will be refunded 50% of the amount of the prepayment or the funds may be transferred to another date. If on the day of booking - the funds are non-refundable.

Upon arrival, the guest must have identification documents with them to fill out the rental agreement for a residential building and pay an insurance deposit of 2000 UAH. Upon departure, the insurance deposit is returned. And read the rules of residence.
