A quiet, peaceful, cozy, and atmospheric spot-tucked away from the daily hustle and prying eyes - it offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing you to unwind from a busy work schedule.
The forest seamlessly extends into our grounds with young pine trees. We are situated on the edge of the woods, just a short walk-about 50 meters along a forest path - from the Vorskla River. Accommodation is in a wooden house designed for two families, featuring separate entrances and new furnishings. The property is tidy, well-kept, and fenced. Parking is available (free guest parking).
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Amenities include a private refrigerator, kettle, stovetop, barbecue grill, tableware, and other basic kitchen utensils. There is an outdoor shaded seating area, and the gazebo is equipped with lighting for the evening.
Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Facilities include both an indoor bathroom and an outdoor toilet.
Hot and cold water are available around the clock; there are sinks and showers both indoors and outdoors, as well as clothes-drying lines (including an all-weather option under the canopy).
Guests can enjoy a game of forest volleyball for free.

ADDITIONALLY: there is space for pitching your own tents (camping), with access to facilities.
IMPORTANT: Guests are accepted by prior arrangement only. Check-in and check-out times are agreed upon individually.
IF YOU ARE LATE for check-in, you must notify the host via the phone number listed in the ad. Time lost due to lateness is not compensated; no refunds or adjustments are made for that time, and check-out times are not extended.
RESTRICTIONS:
“Sova Lisova” is dedicated to providing a high-quality, peaceful retreat. Therefore, playing music without headphones is discouraged, and
bringing or using karaoke equipment, loudspeakers, etc., is STRICTLY prohibited.
All noise must cease promptly by 9:00 PM, though you are welcome to sit and chat quietly in the gazebo without time restrictions.
Bringing any animals without prior approval from the property owner is prohibited.
Bringing and plugging in external electrical appliances (other than mobile phones) without prior approval is not permitted.
