A quiet, calm, cozy and atmospheric place, away from everyday hustle and bustle and prying eyes, promotes quality rest and recovery, gives you the opportunity to switch from a busy work schedule.

The forest smoothly enters our yard with young pine trees.
The first line, to the Vorskla River very close - approximately 50 meters along a path through the forest.
New modern wooden houses with separate entrances to each room. New furniture. Neat, tidy, fenced area. There is space for several cars (parking for guests of the houses is free).

You can bring food and drinks with you. There is an individual refrigerator, kettle, stove, barbecue, dishes and other small kitchen utensils. Under the canopy outside you can comfortably sit at a table in the shade, and in the dark you can turn on the lighting in the gazebo. Additionally, there are improvised recreation areas made in the form of stumps.

Stable high-speed Wi-Fi works in every room, in all gazebos and throughout the base.

Hospitable host.

Toilets both indoors (bathrooms) and in the yard.

HOT AND COLD WATER 24/7, washbasin, shower cabin inside the room; there are clotheslines for drying clothes, including all-weather ones under a canopy.

It is possible to play forest volleyball. Use of the field is free, but the time and duration of the game must be agreed in advance (preferably when booking).

FOR CHILDREN - a spacious sandbox with light sand and bright toys.

The base “Sova Lisova” is a great option to spend a weekend, vacation, celebrate a birthday or other important date, organize a date, hold a corporate party or just escape from the gray everyday life and do something nice for yourself any day. We work all year round.

Please note: Only WE never ask unnecessary questions, do not talk to strangers about your visit. We adhere to high confidential standards and ethical norms in relation to our guests.

There are options to rent an area or a room by the hour.

We are constantly improving the conditions, we really try to make your vacation as comfortable as possible, so that everything, down to the smallest detail, helps you get a positive impression. We are always happy to listen to your constructive wishes.

THERE ARE ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Boat rental; rental of gazebos without accommodation; strength testing; excursions, transfer.

Also, during your vacation you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our own exclusive catalog of some interesting, unusual tasty things that you can, if you wish, purchase.

IN ADDITION: we have enough space to set up your tents (camping), and motorhomes, tables, marquees, stage, with the possibility of using the facilities of the base (negotiated separately).

We have experience working with corporate groups.

IMPORTANT: Guests are accepted only by appointment. Check-in and check-out times are discussed individually (approximate estimated time in the morning - 9:00; lunch - 13:00; evening - 17:00). Late or early check-in and check-out are possible, that is, the time period from 18:30 to 7:30 in the morning, in this case an additional fee of 250 UAH is charged.

IF YOU ARE LATE for check-in, be sure to notify us by phone. Time lost by you due to being late is not compensated, money for it is not transferred or returned, check-out times are not postponed.

RESTRICTIONS:

Our base is aimed at a quality, peaceful rest. Music is allowed to be turned on quietly, and only for guests of rooms 1, 2, 6, within their separate gazebos, and between 12:00 and 21:00. Guests of rooms 3,4,5 can turn on music under the same conditions, only if one group books all these 3 rooms.

Bringing and using karaoke, loudspeakers, etc. is STRICTLY prohibited (may be allowed only if one group books all the rooms at the base and if there are no other guests, including in the campsite).

Any noise must be stopped clearly by 21:00, but you can sit and chat quietly in the gazebos without time limits.

It is forbidden to bring any animals without the consent of the base administrator.

It is not allowed to bring and connect third-party devices (except phones) to the power grid without permission.

Prices for two-room rooms with amenities in AUGUST 2025 depend on the number of people in the room, length of stay and date of arrival and are approximately per day as follows:
1380-2900 UAH/day (for the entire room).
Long-term terms are discussed individually.
Summer one-room quadruple rooms with partial amenities (toilet in the room, hot shower near the house):
850-1650 UAH/day (for the entire room)

Economy room with amenities near the house (hot shower and toilet)
750-1000 UAH/day (for the entire room)
Ti Amo house 1550-2000 UAH/day

Additional bed - by arrangement.

Prices may change depending on many factors, both in the direction of increase and decrease. Please check the current information by phone.

Each room, regardless of category, is provided with its own barbecue and gazebo in the form of a canopy with a table and comfortable benches free of charge. All rooms have a refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes, WI-FI, bedding, towels.

Minimum stay 1 day. There are also hourly options.
A place for your tent - 150 UAH / adult (with the possibility of using the amenities of the base), children - 100 UAH each.
A full base rental service is possible.
There is a rental of gazebos-canopies, tables with lighting and access to amenities without accommodation from 4-6 to 40 people (price by arrangement).
Boat - 100 UAH / hour.
Dry chopped firewood is available for sale.
If necessary, we can meet guests at the bus station, give them a lift, or take them away.
We can also provide a delivery service for groceries from the supermarket, etc.
