After booking, you will receive payment details.

The prepayment is the cost of accommodation for a day. Expected payment for accommodation is one day.

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than two days in advance, the guest will be refunded 50% of the prepayment amount or the funds may be transferred to another date. If the reservation is canceled on the day of booking, the funds are not refundable.

Upon arrival, the guest must have with them identity documents to fill out the rental agreement for a residential building and pay an insurance deposit of 2000 UAH. Upon departure, the insurance deposit is returned.

A two-story house with two separate entrances, with a terrace with a jacuzzi (additional service), WI-FI, TV, kitchenette, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, towels, bedding, dishes, parking space, barbecue area.
The house has 3 rooms, a common room, a toilet and a shower are located on each floor of the house.
You don’t have to go far, we are located in the city of Poltava, a closed private territory.
